Availability for Sessions

I am a great believer in the benfits of online CBT and the pandemic has shown us just how effective this can be for everyone. I have therefore chosen to offer CBT sessions purely online. This not only provides more accessability for you but you also get to reduce travel costs and time and you can be more comfortable in your session.

Generally I am available at the following times:

  • Monday afternoon / evenings
  • Tuesday mornings
  • Wednesday afternoon / evenings
  • Some weekend availability
