Hello, thank you for taking the time to look at my website. My name is Michelle Harris and I have been working with people experiencing emotional difficulties for over 20 years. I started CBT-Herts over 10 years ago and have thoroughly enjoyed meeting many new people and helping them to overcome the difficulties they have faced.
I am based in Hertfordshire and offer CBT to help with a range of emotional, behavioural and psychological difficulties, including:

I work with adults with no upper age limit. Sessions are focused on working towards your own personal goals in order to help manage the difficulties you are experiencing and to help improve your quality of life.
I am registered with a range of insurance companies, including Bupa, AXA Healthcare, Aviva, and Cigna.
To ensure I offer the best possible support, I am registered with the British Association of Behavioural and Cognitive Psychotherapies (BABCP) and abide by their code of ethics.
